Bojangles' - Dalton

The restaurant doesn't participate in the Bojangles chicken sandwich promotion, as they informed me. Don't bother asking them about it; just place your order through the app and choose curbside pickup, and they will bring it to you. They could improve their customer service, but the food is incredibly tasty, so I'm giving it at least 3 stars.

It was a disappointing experience at Bojangles. We absolutely love their food, but unfortunately, we live over 100 miles away from the nearest location. Whenever we travel, it's always our top choice. However, this visit did not meet our expectations. Our order was incorrect, and several items were missing. The only highlight was that the cookies were as delicious as ever. The long line meant we couldn't go back for a redo. We'll take some responsibility for that.

I waited for over 20 mins to be told the grill was broke. When I received the rest of my food the tenders are so small it takes 2 to 3 pieces to make up one. They only gave me 1 small piece to count as a whole tender. When I call to ask about it I was informed that's the size of the tenders now. False advertising at it best. I have pictures yo show the size differences. I even order extra and still don't have enough food to feed my family because I got nuggets instead of stripes.

This place has remained the same throughout the years. Yes the exterior looks a bit outdated but the food has always remained great! My go to order is a large cajun chucken filet biscuit combo w/fries and half-half tea.

This restaurant had a special focus on breakfast on Wednesday morning. I noticed two different employees performing multiple tasks without washing their hands, handling money and food without proper hygiene. While I understand they were busy trying to keep things running smoothly, it would be great if they could take the time to wash their hands.
