FIRST VISIT SINCE COVID;Dalton was an overnight stay returning to Tampa.Wife ordered fried chicken breast with biscuits and okra. Okra well prepared and served temperature hot, chicken a little dry on star scale above it would land 3 stars .I ordered GRANDMA 'S SAMPLER. All items were well prepared and served temperature hot. This earns the 4 star rating above.Now our server,He was a young man, junior in high school named Jose. He was absolutely wonderful. Professional, courteous, polite, responsive to additional asks with a balanced presence visiting the table.Cracker Barell is lucky to have him, customers would be lucky to draw him as their server.

Came in today about 1015am and our server Jessica was amazing. My mother is elderly and has early stages of dementia so sometimes going out is hard for her. Jessica was so sweet and patient and smiled the entire time. She was incredibly helpful the entire time and I really appreciate her.

My husband and I went for breakfast together on Easter morning! At the time we pulled into the parking lot we figured it was a waste of time as there was hardly an empty spot to be seen and there were people waiting outside to be seated. I'm sure had it been more than just my husband and I it would have taken a bit longer, but as it were, we were seated almost immediately on entering the building. The dining area was packed but based on the timely appearance of our waitress during every part of our meal you would have never guessed. I have seriously sat in the drive thru line at McDonald's longer than I waited for anything during our visit to Cracker Barrel. I was very pleased with our visit, from the staff to the food, we had no complaints.
