Great American Cookies - Dalton

The cashier was super friendly and quite professional but to my dismay the cookie was very gross it tasted like it wasn't cooked properly or old and had a hair in it I spit it out and threw the rest of the cookie away when I almost spent $3 on a cookie : was very disappointed I would have went back and said something but I was on my lunch break : *EDIT* So The owner ended up finding me on social media and reached out to me and me and her talked about my experience and she offered to make it right and I accepted she gave me a wonderful coupon for my next order so hopefully this time I'll have a better experience I'm ready to go get me some other cookie and hopefully this experience will be better!
