Pizza Hut. - Dalton

Recently ordered the basic cheese and pepperoni pizza and was surprised at how much they improved the quality of the pizza.

Been ordering for yearsThe last two times have been the worstMy pizza is always delivered and the last time they were over 40minutes late.

I called during busy/rainy football Sunday and I got my order in 20 minutesGreat customer service even though I could tell they were busy.

Worst experience ever ordering from this store , first my delivery took longer than it should have and my food arrived cold. The worst part was i was charged an extra $10 and turns someone put a $10 tip that i didn?t authorized. I called the store and theycouldn?t refund it back to my card for whatever reason so i was asked to go to the store to pick up what they owed me and when igot there no one seem to know how to help. poor management.

ALAN WAS SUPER FAST DELIVERING THE PIZZA, PIZZA CAME HOT AND FRESH ... ALAN IS AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE !
