Stacie's Cookie World - Dalton

Absolutely the sweetest little spot! The staff was amazing. We were really impressed with the variety of food and drink options (espresso, teas, etc.). We ordered the classic burger, which was incredible, and the curly fries were cooked to perfection. Our daughter loved the French toast! The bagels were delightful as well, and the bagel sandwich was fantastic. We also ordered some lattes, which turned out great. To top it off, we bought some truffle bonbons that were a delightful burst of flavor.

Stacie is the café of my dreams. The food is incredible and they have a variety of delicious vegetarian options that is hard to find elsewhere and something that really makes me a difference. They have a lot of options on their menu, but they make them all so good. Your drinks menu is constantly updated and never boring, and their bakery items are so good. I was turned around a little when I visited her a few months ago, but the staff was so friendly and showed me in the right direction. It is so helpful to publish the order instructions! They offer online order that I used a few times, it is so convenient. The system is user-friendly and you always get a timeline. In addition, the staff is really friendly and they do an amazing job. I brought cookies and pastries into my office today, and they almost flew out of the tray as soon as I laid it down. I cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to visit again. Thank you. The cookies and cupcakes were absolutely fantastic and completely gluten-free. They ranked among the best treats we’ve ever tasted, with nearly all our guests commenting they couldn’t tell the difference between these and traditional, gluten-filled sweets. The cupcakes were perfectly moist—a rarity for gluten-free goods—and the cookies boasted incredible designs. We’re beyond excited to see what Stacie will create for our wedding!

This is an absolute MUST stop for breakfast and lunch. The staff working were incredibly sweet, professional and so attentive. I can't say enough about the quality of customer service provided. The food was also absolutely EXCELLENT my husband and I had the sweet potato and spinach sandwich and it was SOOO YUMMY! Even the homemade chips were delicious! We then went for breakfast in the morning and, WOW, the french toast is AMAZING!!! If I could give this place 10 stars out of 5 I would! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience; coming from Boston, it was such a breath of fresh air!

I went to stacie's this morning for a breakfast sandwich. the donuts looked so good I bought one of those too. they did a great job getting me in and out of there quickly. the staff was extremely friendly and professional. stacie rang me out she was so pleasant and all her products look amazing. being a chef myself i pay attention when i visit a restaurant, it was very clean and it is obvious that stacie cares about her customers as well as her products she make and puts out to the public. great job stacie and staff
