Many customers want to eat in the restaurant rather than taking their food home, but they are frequently disappointed. Additionally, there is often a lack of staff at the front desk, and the service is typically slow.
The young lady who took my order was efficient and friendly always had a smile on her face. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the dining area. My order was taken promptly. There was no delay in receiving it.
Parking is available! I ordered 3 tacos and four piece (2/2) chicken! M choc shake! The wait wasn't that long! No one was ahead of me! It was clean on the inside, when I ordered!
I have been a regular customer at this drive-thru restaurant for 30 years, often visiting twice a week. I typically order the original chicken dinner, which is always good. The service is usually quick and efficient, but on this particular visit, I had called ahead about a mistake on my previous order. The manager generously offered me either a refund or a free dinner, and I chose the latter. In addition to the free $18 meal, the manager also included two complimentary $1.39 chocolate chip cookies.
Every time I visit KFC at 287 Westmore in Daly City, I consistently receive the wrong order. Both the manager and cashier, named Jared, have made mistakes. The cashier makes a lot of errors and many customers have complained about them. The staff working in the morning are great, but the Chinese lady manager is rude and makes mistakes. They need to be retrained as they seem to lack knowledge. I have waited at the counter for more than 7 minutes while the manager sits and ignores customers. Even the Filipino customers next to me have complained about the poor service and rude behavior of the staff. They need to be retrained and I suggest the corporate office pay attention to these issues.
