So grateful for our lovely friendly local takeaway. Great food, generous portions. Not 5* just because the ambience of the restaurant leaves a little to be desired but fab as takeaway!!

I normally go to the Chinese restaurant in town but this time I didn't want to travel far. Ordered a curry laksa, which the price was reasonable . However it wasn't tasty like other laksa's I've had. If I try this place again I would definitely try something else.

We were extremely disappointed with our meal. We ordered Spring Rolls, Honey Chicken (deep fried), Sweet and Sour Pork, Chicken Fried Rice and Garlic King Prawns, and received complimentary prawn crackers. In our view the chicken fried rice was stodgy, overcooked and tasteless. Of major concern was the honey chicken and sweet and sour pork - both meat components of the dishes were overcooked in the deep fryer and may, in our opinion, have been reheated and refried. The dishes were predominately batter, overly dark in colour, with only a small portion of fresh - that was also dark in colour! The dishes were takeaway and the accompanying sauce for these two dishes was excessively runny and unacceptably sweet with scant vegetables. The spring rolls and garlic king prawns were mediocre. The dishes were for a family celebration and we were embarrassed to provide such a sub standard quality of food which was meant to be a family treat! To make matters worse we personally revisited the restaurant on two occasions to express our displeasure, made several phone calls to the manager of the establishment without him having the courtesy of talking to us. In other words the manager does not value his customers or, in my opinion, his staff, as they had to 'cover' up for his/her lack of manners and response to our valid grievance.

Rellies over from UK...did a quick run to the Chinese..grabbed a selection of dishes and fried rice. Best satay lamb ever! Nice large services...not really a cheap option however we did have enough for lunches the next day.

Have ordered take-away from here quite a few times. Food has always been excellent. Really nice to order dishes like Chicken Lemongrass and Chilli...and get the flavours! Nothing bland here - definitely (and thankfully) NOT your standard Chinese take-away.Pricey for take-away...dinner for 3 adults came to $75...however worth it. Finished off the Satay Lamb for dinner the next night!
