Bagelman - Danbury

Customer service is horrible no smiles or says thank you. Instead of saying can I help the guy said what. I asked for a toasted bagel never toasted. Never coming back again. Management needs training. They said the cream cheese makes it seem not toasted.

This Bagelman used to have reasonable hours. For some reason, unknown to me, they've severely reduced their hours. Therefore, I can rarely get to them before they close on weekdays at 3P. I thought I lucked out today when I was able to get in there. There were no other customers before nor after me; so they certainly weren't rushed. I joked with the cashier about how I was gonna have really bad breath after eating my garlic bagel with scallion cream cheese. Upon arriving home, looking forward to this rare Bagelman treat, I discovered I'd gotten my (minimal) scallion cream cheese on a plain bagel. I placed a simple order, at an empty store and was still given an incorrect product. I guess there's really no need to go to this Bagelman location anymore.

Our bagels were pretty good! I had never heard of this place before and I’m a coffee blogger from CT but their iced coffee was good and we got bagel sandwiches that really hit the spot. I would absolutely recommend this place.

THE BEST DELI!! Meat is cut fresh to order. Everything is fantastic. Bagels and breads made daily. The staff are always nice, the place is very clean, there is nothing bad to say. It gets busy, because it is no secret what a gem this place is. I have been here a few times and they have always got my food right. The other day I went in order my food and when I got it, it was not what I order but they are still a good place to go.
