Subway - Danbury

The women that work there are very rude and not helpful and very pushy.

As much as I love Subway in general, this place definitely spoils the experience. I used to work for a Subway, so I know for a fact that 3 tomatoes on a 6” doesn’t warrant ‘extra cheese’ charge. Very disappointing. They charge you here for extra cheese and extra meet if you ask for an extra slice of cucumber. My husband asked for 2 scoops of tuna on a side and they charged extra for a full 6” turkey sandwich. I think they make it up as they go. And service is horrible, not friendly at all. It’s almost like they are upset you came in.

Food was so delish. Really nothing but enjoyable experiences here, I'll be back. The prices are well within reason for the quality.

I had a frustrating experience with the customer service. They let my call ring for nearly 10 minutes and then advised me to order online. When I explained that the app wasn’t working, she hung up on me.

The restaurant is incredibly clean, and the staff is very polite.
