Burger King - Dania

I tried the sausage and cheese croissant at this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and tasty it was. I was impressed considering it's a fast food establishment. The coffee was also fresh and hot. I would definitely return.

The Burger King located at 1800 Stirling Road in Hollywood, Florida has the best customer service I have ever experienced! When I arrived with my dog for dinner, we were welcomed with smiles and hellos. None of the employees made any negative comments or frowned upon having a dog with me. Additionally, there are outlets available for use without any cover. The restaurant offers free Wi-Fi with a strong signal to use while placing an order either through the app or at the counter. There is even a TV that they turned on for me. While placing my order, they offered a bowl of water for my service dog without me having to ask for it. After ordering, I was informed that I could relax and that they would bring my order to me. This level of service was truly incredible. I am not sure if Gina Marie (not a manager, but definitely has the skills for it) noticed my tired expression and acted accordingly, or if this is how they treat all guests. Either way, I will definitely be returning to this Burger King on Stirling Road in the future. The staff, food, prices, and atmosphere here far surpass McDonald's and Taco Bell. This is not a sponsored review, but I wanted to highlight the positive experience I had at this Burger King. I'm not sure who is in charge at this restaurant, but the staff's lack of professionalism is concerning. They should not be allowed to work with the public, especially in a customer service role.

I ordered a burger without pickles but it came with a pickle on it. The floor was sticky and grim, making me feel uncomfortable.

This Burger King location is terrible. I placed an order online and when I arrived at the restaurant, there was a long line at the drive-thru. I wanted to go inside instead.
