Located in the Dania Pointe plaza, Firehouse Subs is a casual restaurant chain that specializes in a variety of specialty subs, sides, salads, kids combos, fountain drinks, and cookies. They also cater. Customers are required to wear their masks upon entering. There are limited seating inside and must be spaced 6ft apart when ordering. The employees were pleasant as they each were making the customer's orders in a timely manner. After overlooking the menu on the wall, I decided to try a medium Firehouse Meatball. It took a few minutes to receive my order. When I got inside my vehicle, I took a peek at my meatball sub. First of all, it smell really good. It was placed neatly in a sub container where I can see all its yumminess (not all squished up where the meatballs are playing peek-a-boo at...I'm not saying where). The meatballs in this sub was nice and hot, covered in a flavorful marinara sauce (I took a small bite after the pic), melted provolone cheese, and spices in a soft, lightly toasted roll. I look forward on devouring this during my lunchbreak, and I also look forward on returning to try another specialty sub.

Wow service was served with and attitude, i did not hear , her question when asked , but she smack her hand on the counter and asked question. I apologize for not being able to her the question. I been to many franchises in south Fl and had great experiences but this one just not good. Definitely not coming back. Its sad cause its in a great location.

If you decide to eat here simply know that the service is extremely slow, the restaurant floor is dirty and immaculate, and the staff are not the friendly. I waited about 15-20 minutes just for a simple Italian subs with hardly any mosquitoes inside. I'm very disappointed at these Firehouse Subs!

I LOUDLY AND CLEARLY SAID NO TOMATOES ON MY TURKEY BACON RANCH. AND TO BE CUT INTO THREES. INSTEAD I GOT DIJON MUSTARD Instead OF PEPPERCORN RANCH. THERES TOMATO ON MY SUB. AND IT TOOK 13 MIN FOR 3 EMPLOYEES TO COMPLETE THE ORDER. This is why I haven't been here since July 2021. It's always a issue. That doesn't make sense. I'll never be back at this time. I might not be back at all again for a few months.
