Mpishi - Daniel Island

The buffet options were quite limited and underwhelming, with no seafood, beef, or substantial entrees—just chicken fingers, rice, salad, and pasta salad. While we managed to eat without any issues, the shock came when we saw the bill: $35 per plate! I couldn't believe it; this was such a rip-off! Overall, this was the worst dining experience I've ever had, and I wouldn’t return. The only redeeming quality was the location. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would!

The food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding! Everything was served hot and made fresh to order. The Bloody Mary was excellent! I will definitely return for dinner, and the breakfast was perfect!

The food was quite average. The French toast was disappointing, and the fruit salad seemed stale, clearly from the previous day. The potatoes were also lacking. Even the cappuccino didn't meet expectations. Unfortunately, I won’t be bringing my family back here. If you're offering a standard breakfast, it really needs to be excellent! This place shouldn't be rated just one star.

My son and his fiance took me to breakfast for Mother's Day. We sat on the patio. It was so pretty outside and pleasant. We were greeted at the door, and they held it open for us to enter, which made me feel welcome. The server was attentive and didn't rush us. We felt cozy and comfortable. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Came in here for Sunday brunch... They were pretty busy. Ordered a BLT, was not a fan. There was barely any bacon on it and when I made the server aware she said that's how they all come. I can't say there was more than two pieces of bacon on my whole sandwich. The server never asked me if I wanted to add more bacon or order something else. Also was not a fan of the tomato aioli or whatever they put with the BLT. Doubt will be back in for breakfast.
