Stops for ingestion while transiting the area. We have salads, kids vegan grilled cheese, and gf vegan pineapple upside down cake. All were great! I would ask for more dressing for the salads as the salads are big. Everything can be made vegan and gluten-free.

My wife and I stopped by on a whim when exploring CT. We ordered the vegan grilled cheese, tempeh BLT, tomato soup and oat meal cookie. Everything was fresh and delicious!

This place is always great. I feel like some of the salad and bowl portions are larger post-Covid. I love the buffalo bowl, buddha and the reuben is always awesome. The desserts are great and never make me feel gross because they are usually all GF WFPB which I wish was a little more affordable.

This place is very small and offers a range of lunch options. But expect to pay $10 for a smoothie, $12 for a sandwich (no chips, standard size), and a burger over salad (with a burger that was 1/4 the size of the salad portion). Would have liked to see more seasoning and spices.

Quality seems to have gone downhill after Covid re-opening. Stale sandwiches, etc. I will try again soon.
