Applebee's Grill - Danville

Steak was undercooked and too rare when I ordered medium. I asked for it to be cooked a little longer and it came back way overcooked and super tough with no flavor. The waitress was great and took it off my order, but didn't offer anything else.

The food and service was awesome!Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu that was easy for the kids to read and choose what they want.

Unfortunately, this was not a very comfortable and relaxing trip to Applebee's.Our server was more interested in one of her childhood girlfriends and her child, instead of taking care of the customers such as us.Also, there were people (probably children) on the other side of the wall, kicking (best educated guess) the wooden wall strongly for quite a long period of time, long enough that my wife stood up a couple of times to see what was going on. As a disabled veteran with PTSD this was very triggering.Situations and service like this is limiting our choices as to where to go here in Danville, Illinois.Wheelchair accessibility: We have been to Applebee's at least a dozen times or more over the past year or two. Only once have the greeters opened the front door for me.... maybe instead of just standing there, they could be more customer service focused. Just a thought from me.

Great place to celebrate anniversaries or birthdays, or just celebrate the evening with an excellent meal. Fast friendly service. The food is excellent and not too bad of a price either!

Went for an evening cocktail January of 2024...where I witnessed the wait staff all eating off of the same plate as another worker on break and lick their fingers and then continue to serve drinks and food to other patrons I even saw what I believe was a female manager change the garbage then come over to me and ask if I was ok or ready to order food.the bartender was also a pig she ate off the Same plate and licked her fingers and served a beer without washing her hands.i could not finish my drink and left.i believe the staff needs acourse on sanitation... very disturbing.
