Domino's Pizza - Danville

This Dominos location was the worst I have ever visited. My pizza was cold and burnt, the wings were dry, and I only received one flat wing out of eight. Furthermore, they forgot my drink and the staff was incredibly rude.

This restaurant doesn't even deserve 1 star, but I had to give it at least 1 in order to leave a review. I ordered a pizza for delivery, only 10 minutes away from the location. I tried to be understanding, realizing it was a Sunday and they may be busy. However, after waiting for over an hour with no sign of my pizza, I called to inquire about it and was told it had just been sent out. Another hour passed with still no pizza, and when I called again, no one picked up. I ended up paying $26.41 for a pizza with 4 toppings, and I have decided to never use Domino's again. Save yourself the time and money.

The pizza was outstanding, I would rate it 10/10. Our delivery person, Nichole, was the best we've ever had. She was incredibly sweet and made our experience even better.

Ordered online, picked up in store. It was ready pretty close to when they said it would be. It was your standard dominos pizza with no surprises. All in all, it was a quick, stress free meal and that's what mattered on this occasion.

Ordered 9/8 at 7:50 PM. Driver doesn?t come until 9. Has the wrong order and leaves to get ours. We call asking for a discount or anything. Nope. It?s 9:45 and I get a text saying they cancelled our order. Not to mention the other countless times theyhave messed up. Drivers taking 3 hrs for one pizza. Driver driving through our whole back yard. Orders uncooked. Much more. I?ma mother with a five month old I just didn?t want to cook for ONE night. It?s 10 PM and now my husband has had to get food fromsomewhere else. These people DO NOT care at all. I understand mistakes happen I was a waitress for over three years. Too manychances and always a mess up. This place is AWFUL. Go ten minutes further for another Dominos or Pizza Hut. Im 100% no Karen Iunderstand things happen but let me mention our driver admitted it was his fault. He would?ve still gotten a nice tip. DONT GETYOUR PIZZA HERE.
