Firehouse Subs Danville Mall

I just want to say that I had one of the best experiences this morning at the Danville location. I was highly frustrated when I came in with my wife and had no interest in a sub (making wife happy) lol and Ken took my order and I told him I really didn'twant it. He took it upon himself to provide me with some of the best customer service I've received at a restaurant and made meone of the most appealing subs I've ever had it looked just as it did on the advertisement. His customer service and pride inthe food he prepared changed my entire morning around and I will be returning because of this young man! Thank you Ken!

I've really fallen in love with this place. My father introduced me to firehouse subs before he passed away and I fully understand why he loved their sandwiches so much. I came here probably 5-7 times in the past two weeks. Their Smoked CheddarBrisket, hot diggity damn, that's good for the human soul. I haven't even tried their other subs yet, I'm still stuck on thisone. One thing worth noting is how helpful they were in solving an issue I had. I had ordered another large brisket sandwich,and I got home took a bite and something wasn't right, they put corned beef or something on there instead of Brisket. I calledthem and explained the situation and I love how they handled it. They apologized for the mistake, put my name in the booksapologized again. And today when I called in my order to get my redo sandwich, they must have hooked me up or something thissandwich was a work of art, and absolutely delicious to the last bite. I highly recommend this place to anybody, especially ifyou want a sandwich and are just sick and tired of subway, this is a very welcomed change. I just want to share that I had an incredible experience this morning at the Danville location. I walked in feeling quite frustrated and, honestly, wasn't even interested in getting a sub (my wife was in a good mood, though, haha). Ken took my order, and I expressed my reluctance to order a sub. However, he went above and beyond with his exceptional customer service and crafted one of the most appetizing subs I've ever seen—exactly like the ones in the ads! His dedication to providing great service and his pride in the food he made completely transformed my morning. I will definitely be returning to this place because of him! Thank you, Ken!
