Panda Express - Danville

GREAT for catering! The staff at the Danville Panda Express did an amazing job with a huge order for my event! Unfortunately I didn't give them the advanced notice that I should have. But they jumped on my request the same day I needed it, and the had my order to serve hundreds of people ready right on time. I am so grateful for their helpful, friendly staff! They really went above and beyond!

Food was good lady serving the food was very rude..

For the last two years me a a group from work usually came here for lunch But last two times the cashier seems can of rude And making us feel uncomfortable on my receipt server:Evangelina She needs to have better customer service training!!Not sure if like to come back!

I really don 't know how a place can be so rude. I tried to keep it simple while ordering for my kid I was like, 'I 'll have the Cub Meal ', of which there were 3 different meals. I opted for the Chicken Teriyaki one, which comes with chow mein and super greens. Well she boxed up the chow mein and chicken, but not the veggies. I asked about the veggies, and this is where she insisted on telling me what I said and asked for. When I pointed out the menu item, she looked behind her as if it was her first time reading it, and said 'oh that 's just an example '. So I said 'okay, well then can I have that example? ' and she literally said 'well you didn 't ask for that '. So she opens up the box and piles 2 scoops of veggies to the point where it doesn 't close and then she spilled the plate all over the counter. And of course they were out of chicken so she couldn 't make another plate. Then she to her supervisor who was eating in the dining area behind me, 'I refuse to service him ' lol okay sure I refuse to eat here so we 're on the same page Jessica lmao.

Been waited for 10 min and couldn’t get order. shouldn’t come here.
