She walked away while he was putting my sandwich together and he knew nothing. He didn?t know what any of the sauces were or basic vegetables. Iwill say he certainly knew what onions were because he put about 3 pounds of them on my sub. Nasty. He was so confused the wholetime and just slapped it together. Finally when I was ready to check the lady magically re-appeared, I guess she wanted mymoney. Nice! Years ago I used work here and it was never this bad, they really let it go. What a shame.
The staff here is fantastic! Very friendly and welcoming. They serve fresh, hot coffee from Seattle, which is a real treat. It's tough to wait all day at Geisinger, but the nearby subway made for a convenient and pleasant break.
If you advertise that you open at 10 AM, please ensure your staff arrives early enough to actually open on time. For the past two Saturdays, the doors have opened 15-20 minutes late. Many hospital employees depend on your posted hours to plan their lunch breaks, as they have strict schedules to follow. I urge you to improve your timeliness.
The woman with long brown hair was quite unpleasant and rude, making me feel uncomfortable during my visit. If I hadn’t placed my order online, I would have chosen to have lunch somewhere else.
I placed an order online, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told that the restaurant never received it. They insisted that I must have ordered from another location down the street and claimed there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. Later, I received an email from this Subway saying my order was ready. I cannot recommend this place at all, and I will not be coming back. They may have gotten my money that day, but they won't be seeing any from me in the future!
