Their recommendations for traditional Bikol dishes were all fantastic choices, each one delicious and made with local ingredients. Be sure to try the dish made with santol! While waiting for our meal, we took a look at the art collection on display throughout the first and second floors, which we found quite fascinating.
One of the best kept restaurant in legaspi city local tasty food served them authentic birch dishes.
We came there at 8 o'clock on Friday night. the people have gone so far that we had the place to us. the place is quite old with a few reminders displayed all around. it's like you're going back in time. we ordered bicol express and grilled tuna, which lasted for 15 minutes to cook. the food was great and the thun fish tastes fresh. the personal was also very accommodating. a must try if they are in the opposite.
It was hot and damp and too dark, especially in the first stage, eating is average, place looked better when the previous owners own and has worsened since then.
I went there for dinner two times and wanted to go for early lunch today at 10 and later at 11am. It was closed at both times. They are supposed to open at 10am, so I'm guessing the reason was that they're closed on national...holidays. They have some vegetarian optioins which was a relief for me, the food was good. Vegetable rice portion is huge, good for 2 or 3 people.
