City Tap House Logan Square

Closed à 10:30PM; website and Google (updated in JULY 2024) mention closing time at midnight.

This is my go-to place in the city. Service is always awesome and a fun atmosphere. Pro tip: brunch with bottomless mimosa and Rachel behind the bar on Saturdays!

It's okay. This was my first visit, but I was not impressed with the pizza (very greasy).

I sat at the bar and waited about 3-5 mins until the bar-back finally thew menus in front of me without saying hello or any acknowledgment. The worst part though was the bartender who, I grant was helping another guest when I arrived, but did see me and did not acknowledge me either. After helping the other guests and after I had been seated and waiting two gentlemen arrived she obviously knew (she gave them a high five) she went directly to them and never said a word to me. I left directly after she greeted them and ignored me. I found dinner at a much more friendly and attentive restaurant with nicer employees. I'm just moving back to the area but I know that I will not return to City Tap.
