Ed's Pizza - Darby Township

Customers need to stop supporting this business. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Girls who answer the phones are unprofessional, actually flat out rude. They got my order wrong, found it was their fault and they refused to correct the order. Instead they offered a 10% discount on a future order. As though I would ever return. No refund, and did not correct order. Stop giving them business.

Ordered a lg beef pepperoni with meatballs. The pizza was light skin pizza was put in the oven just long enough for the cheese to melt. First and last time.

They usually make my pizza correct but this last time it wasn't that great

Called and was giving nothing but attitude then someone had the nerve to hang up the phone as well, customer service skills isn’t a big factor at this place. Walked in the store one of the gurls was on her phone arguing. Very unprofessional!!!!!! Food was good tho lol
