Great Awakenings Cafe - Darby Township

So glad this cafe is in the neighborhood. Great conversations and people working around you. Artsy and local place. The food is decent. Parking is sometimes is difficult to find but I make a few circles around the streets and something turns up. I will continue to come back here and would recommend to check it out.

Coffee was amazing. Bagel sandwich had no taste. Everything bagel should b tasty but there was no flavor at all.

Think they got new owners, a bit more modern. Good energy, great coffee. Their breakfast sandwich is good but portions look smaller for same price. Otherwise great

I was in NE Philly for a doctors appointment. Afterwards I started searching for a coffee shop. I stumbled on to Great Awakenings just by chance.What a gem! It is a lovely little coffee/ice cream shop. Really cool interior with plenty of comfortable places to hang out. (It would be a great place to work on a computer…they even have a printer available for customers. There are pastries, breakfast sandwiches (I had avocado toast with bacon…yum! and a limited lunch menu.And I really liked the vibe of this place. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And it was just easy to chat with them.I wish this coffee shop was close to my house. I would be here all the time. I loved it!
