Prices great service excellent, I order delivery, but it's still to me in like 25 minutes still hot not warm, hot!!!! I went in once to order, my little girl and myself. Walked in ordered went and stood outside I didn't even realize 15 minutes had went by I turn around, and one of the staff is bringing the pizza out the door to me!!!! Place clean has the old time feel, everyone smiles and greets you, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!Vegetarian options: If I am not mistaken they have a good selection for vegetarians.Kid-friendliness: My girl went to sit at the table they smiled at her, asked her if she was dinning in. They're just friendly.Parking: Parking is always available, so no problems there ever..Wheelchair accessibility: I believe the door is wide enough for a wheelchair to fit through, not sure about the bathrooms because I did not use them.
I am editing this review. I did not contact the owner so this reflects only my opinions the next day. There was so much sauce on the dishes that I think it overwhelmed my taste buds. The next day I boiled up more pasta and added it to the Bolognese. That made a significant difference. The sauce mellowed and I found the flavors came out. I would order this dish again. And the takeout order was so big it would feed 3-4 people with the added pasta.Original review but shortened:We had chicken w/ broccoli marinara sauce (gravy), Spaghetti Bolognese, a Margareta pizza with mushrooms, side salads, garlic bread and a chocolate dessert called Dark Side of the Moon. The sauce seemed too sweet yet not very flavorful for both dishes. An unexpected ingredient was carrot rounds, overcooked. There was too much sauce for the pastas. The pizza was awful. The crust was not crisp and tasteless, no beautiful puffiness like its picture on their site. There were circles of cheese that did not melt, few mushroom (altho fresh) and a red sauce. I thought Margaritas had fresh or chunked tomato. No fresh basil either. The salads were boring. But the honey/mustard dressing was at least interesting! Who the heck would make that with something like French's hot dog mustard? It was vile. There was no garlic flavor in the garlic bread? The chocolate cake was fabulous altho I don't think it was made there.Parking: easy

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I first came here because I heard the pizza cheesesteaks were really good and my first couple of times they were. After a while they became inconsistent with the way they were prepared. It started to be different every time. I could tell when different cooks prepared my meal. Instead of never coming back I decided I would share my experience with the manager the next time I was in the mood for a pizza steak. So today was the day and I did just that. The manager then explained to me that they used the same ingredients and they come out the same every time. It was like he was trying to justify what they do rather than really listen to my experience. I'm very familiar with good customer service and I hold it to a very high standard. Good customer service would have been to listen to my experience and apologize and say how can we get this right. I feel that he was very defensive because I'm black and I told him that I didn't think he would've acted like that if I was a white person with a legitimate complaint. He then said my whole staff is black and at that point I knew I wasn't patronizing this establishment anymore.
Chicken picatta dish was good, a bit watery though. I typically love garlic and would say there's never enough, but the meatballs were a garlic bomb. eggplant parm sandwich was pretty good too, except for the skin, some pieces were hard to chew through. I can see why some recipes advise peeling it first. servers and staff were very nice and attentive though!
