Having been to many authentic Chinese restaurants, perhaps my review is biased because i have high standards, but the food here is okay. Portions are generous and food costs around $7.5-10/11. Service is fast but that also means food won't be as good as your best Chinese restaurants. Overall, support small business like Kim's but compared to good chinese restaurants, it's okay. In order of preference, I've had: 1) 红烧肉 braised pork, 2) sesame chicken, 3) 湖南鸡 hunan chicken.
I hadn’t had salt pepper spare ribs(椒盐排骨)cooked this way for a long time so I was very happy.I am still giving 5 stars because I personally didn’t care too much. But I noticed a small piece of plastic (from a plastic bag or something like that) in the rice. I guess this happens when you have a small kitchen on a truck.
It is economical and the portion is very large. It is said that the beef brisket rice is delicious, but the quantity of beef brisket rice is limited, so it is best to buy it before twelve o'clock. There are a lot of people in line, and it takes about fifteen minutes to wait.
This place is exceptionally amazing. The food came fast and the people were extremely nice. 10/10 recommend
