Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I always order from the cheltenham location. Food is always delivered hot ready to eat. Chicken portions are generous and packaged well. Apple pie is crispy delicious and not cold. Love that chicken from cheltenham Popeyes!!!

Chicken was cold and old. Fries were not fresh. Ordered a 4 piece meal received a 3 piece. The worst meal ever.

This is the 3rd time I have attempted to order from this Popeyes the order is always wrong! Whatever the process is for pick up needs to be adjusted. This is insane to wait 1 hour for 20 pieces of chicken and spend 117 and not receive not one piece to even hold over the ppl in the house!

Something is wrong every single time we order. Weve never once received the right drinks its almost like they just pick whatever the feel like. Food is fine though if you dont mind a surprise.

The chicken was old and taste like it have been sitting there for a while
