It serves coffee. A bit pricey, and not that great either. Or at least the coffee I had wasn't.However, if you're like me and crave coffee on occasion before you turn into a Werewolf and eat somebody, then this place is ideal.Can't really comment on the food. But from what I could tell, it does look on.It's in a decent location too, right inside a shopping place.

I dropped in at this cafe on my way to go to Independence Hall, Liberty Bell etc, in Old City area from 30th street station on my foot. I was so tired of walking on as using google map, and was looking for a rest area where I could take something to drinking. When I came near by Philadelphia city Hall, I found this cafe. I thought that it was easy to enter it, maybe almost all customers in the cafe looked like a businessperson. Actually, it was located at business district. The inside of the cafe was so calm, and there were no one chatting with other person over coffee. Each of them used their laptop computer and smartphone. I ordered a large size coffee. The staff was so kindness and made a neat job of accounting and making a coffee by himself. It was very quick. I sat at the window seat and I was very comfortable. Moreover, the price was a very reasonable. Saxbys was founded in 2005 by Nick Bayer. Originally, Saxbys started off in Denver with an investment from Bayer, and it expanded into the Philadelphia region. It runs an experiential learning platform with colleges and universities, including Temple University, Rowan University, Penn State University, and St. Joe 's University. It has 12 student-run cafes on college campuses. Students are able to become student CEO 's or student cafe executive officers, receiving academic credit and salary.

This place isn't a true Saxbys. The staff are genuine, but it feels like they've created an experience just to play with their minds.
