I tried the Korean fried chicken bowl. It was excellent, the service was alright considering the place was empty on a Saturday evening, it could have been much better. However, it was great nonetheless

How you gonna have a sodium warning on every item in the menu but not refill me water once ?

First time visitor here!Had only ever heard about the outrageous calorie amounts but once I saw the portion size, it made sense.Ordered cheese factory nachos with a couple of drinks. The nachos were loaded with delicious dips but the cheese was dripping grease.Drinks were overly sweet- even the LIIT I ordered from their skinny menu did not taste anything like a long island iced tea. Our server was good- kept us informed checked in about the food our experience throughout.Atmosphere wise, I really wish they get bigger tables for two person seating. Just gauging by the size of the plates, it is NOT possible to have water, drinks, food and cutlery on the table easily or comfortably.

I loved Cheescake factory. Its the best place to get great ambience. The food is amazing. I just so love the TEX MEX rolls.

Listen I 'm the type that doesn 't ever enjoy chain restaurants and I do have a taste for more fancier places in Philly like Parc and Good King Tavern. BUT I always have a great time here and the food is always pretty decent and solid. The service is always friendly, and I like small things like when the host says, have a good night Small thing like that give a good experience.I came here the other night with my boyfriend and we both got burgers and they were both really good. I got the French dip burger, and it was pretty solid and full of flavor and really hit the spot. I have gotten burgers at other chain restaurants that are very sad and very bland, but CCF always seems to be on point for burgers.Our server Mindy (Min Z) was very nice and warm and did bite checks after we got our entrees. I really like how she drew a little drawing on the check when she dropped it. I honestly have never gotten bad service here and everyone is always friendly and warm, and I have gone to other much more expensive places in the city and have not had the same experience. Anyone who is anti-chain restaurant should give this place a shot honestly.I would say this place gets very busy on the weekends which I have witnessed, and I will only go here on slower days like Sunday night and weekdays.
