I just stopped by to grab some milk and had a bit of trouble with my Wawa app, but I managed to get everything I needed! Overall, I give the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well.

I have been coming here for the past two years to enjoy a green tea and a small sandwich, and the staff has always been friendly.

The brunette (I didn’t catch her name) failed to adhere to the written instructions on my order and tried to justify her mistake. As an employee, it’s not your place to alter a customer's order. This behavior is completely inappropriate and shows a lack of respect for customers' specific requests. What’s the purpose of specifying your order if it’s not going to be followed?

I'm so glad I don't eat from WAWA anymore. Went here today. Notice it was a dog in the store. This tells me they allow dogs around food. Never ever will I get food or anything like that FROM WAWA AGAIN! WAWA why are you allowing animals to come into a place where food is prepared?????
