They are little pricey (almost $5 for one rice paper roll) but you can really taste the healthily made quality and great for Celiac people as most of their food is gluten free. On a cold day, I love having a Laksa here, unlike other Asian Laksa their Laksa seem a lot lighter and healthier you can eat the whole broth.Their serving potion is small but it is pretty good. Salad is also great I love ordering mixed salad with extra dressings Yum!
As a pescatarian, my food options are limited. But I love coming here to get food after yoga, this place has such great options. The lasagne had probably got to be one of my favourite dishes.
Being located near Oxford Street and Surry Hills means there is no shortage of great cafes, but as a health-conscious eater who prefers not to consume meat and bread every day, Iku is the perfect choice for a vegan lunch. In the summer, I enjoy the small salad and rice ball, while in the winter, the casseroles are comforting and satisfying.
Such a wonderful place. Refreshing change for seekers of a GF meal for a decent price and superb quality.
Tasty/healthy food. I enjoyed a cup of organic coffee, a bowl of soup and a rice ball. The service was friendly. I like that the seating area is spacious. My only complaint is that I wish they used pure olive oil vs sunflower oil or a mixture of both in their meal preparation. I am used to health food restaurants/bakers/stores using olive oil but it seems that in Sydney more use sunflower oil. I realize sunflower oil is cheaper but I feel olive oil is much 'healthier '.
