Both chicken and beef are delicious, but I feel that the serving of chicken is more than that of beef. I will try other food, such as fried rice or curry next time.
Always have pai thai here for quick lunch or dinner. After renovation the place is more spacious to take a few more customers at one time. Quite good option if you like quiet dinner setting. Tofu vege pad thai is solid! Massaman beef is quite small for the price and the potato is not on point. It is not tender and mushy like the beef and carrot in there. Xihuahua refuses to have anymore later dinner haha. Agreed. But this place is good if you eat out a bit late.
Inexpensive eats! Loved it. I ordered the vegetarian tofu Pad Thai and the Massaman beef curry. The Pad Thai was satisfying, but needed more bean sprouts and crunchy peanuts. The Massaman beef had a nice flavor, with 7 or 8 well-marinated beef cubes, but lacked carrots and potatoes.
This restaurant offers a great lunch for less than $10! I love the chicken and pineapple fried rice. It's conveniently located near Sydney University, making it a perfect spot for students to grab a quick bite. I highly recommend it!
Good old darling Thai! It's my cheap uni feed delight. I don't think some of the other reviews are fair. The food here is pretty good (I guess it depends what you get). I normally get the veggie stir fry and rice and it taste pretty good for the price.
