Very bad food when you order what is expensive veal schnitzel and you think it's the sole of a shoe and then the side dishes are served incorrectly and you don't even apologize for it. When you come in you are greeted very unfriendly and the waitress doesn't even apologize for the mistakes when ordering food. No thanks, it was the first and last time I was there Ladies toilet very unclean. Just been for dinner. Service: 1 Location: 2

Since 2017 the first stay massive slump in terms of maintenance of the hotel and the kitchen. Last stay in October 2023. Staircase that appears neglected (curtains, blinds), spartan room, thin, non closing translucent curtains, no telephone (but good internet), not heated despite requests when the outside temperature is in the single digits, no sound, the outside door (to the parking lot) slams loudly. Cuisine: uncooked chicken breast baked with cheese and tomatoes on completely soggy Rösti. Overall, an uncomfortable (private) stay. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 4

Service catastrophe, no smile, not bright, not in the mood. Another employee, at least trying. Food overall okay, but no more than that, chanterelles (probably frozen) taste like sponges, you can squeeze just as much water out of them. Kaiserschmarrn from the iron pan only seems to indicate what the soft pancake is served in. Service: 1
