George's Plaice - Dartford

Lovely food and excellent staff. I prefer my batter a bit crisper and hence not the full five stars. They offer two choices of curry sauce which I love.

I have been buying fish and chips from George's Plaice for a number of years and they never let us down. The fish is always delicious, and well sized, and the chips are great. The staff are always friendly.

Nice big flaky fish, batter not too oily. It’s quite popular so recommend you phone your order ahead at weekends otherwise you might have a wait.

This is my local fish and chip shop and is the best one in the area. Always lovely fresh fish and always a very generous portion size. Owner very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this fish and chip shop.

Me and my two kids popped in today and the food was delicious! The staff were really friendly and everything was lovely and clean. The fish was really fresh and the batter as crisp as can be. The curry sauce is the best I’ve ever had!
