Feedback gevenWe stopped by for coffee at this restaurant. The service was fast, but we were disappointed to find that they didn't have any brown sugar for our black coffee.
During lockdown, I ordered 3 pizzas for the kids as a special treat. Unfortunately, only one of the pizzas was enjoyable. The other two were burnt, dry, and inedible (even the dog refused to eat it). It had been years since my last visit to this restaurant, and I won't be making that mistake again. The staff should have known that the pizzas were not fit to serve. They were so bad that you could have used them as a frisbee. I usually prefer going to Prospect Place, as they offer much better food.
Pizza Hut is usually a favorite treat of mine, but this particular location does not seem to take the cooking of their food seriously. The complaints procedure is unsatisfactory, leaving you feeling completely out of luck. This is not just a one-time incident; it has happened on three separate occasions in the past two months. I had hoped for the food to meet the usual Pizza Hut standards, but the manager seems to contradict complaints and brush them off. His response is to suggest putting in a complaint to head office, as he is unable to assist.
2.5 hours and still no pizza. Phones taken off the hook so you can’t contact. 0 customer service, absolute joke
Ordered and paid for a pizza online for a delivery to a local hotel, max 5 mins away. Followed online tracking which showed pizza ready after 25mins then at 40mins the online tracking showed as delivered....but no pizza! Phoned the store after 1 hour..they stated it was with driver and gove it 20mins, I raised concern that it had been out of oven for over 40mins and itll be cold. Was told it comes out the oven hot and itll be ok . Called 20mins later and they said still with driver. Called 20mins later and they put me on hold for 10mins then told me they dont know where it is! I asked for a fresh one to be put in and I would collect. When I arrived 5 mins later I was instantly given a pizza, checked it and it appeard to be a 2 hour old lost pizza!! Demanded a fresh one and 5mins later another one appears. By far the worst pizza hut experiance I 've ever had. Appaling customer services. I complained to pizza hut customer services with an in depth explanation including the fact I paid for delivery and was not offered a refund of any kind. They responded a week later with a few lines saying they were sorry my pizza was late. Avoid at all costs!!
