Shish Mangal - Dartford

We absolutely loved the chicken shish kebabs at this restaurant! The portions were generous and we highly recommend them. We can't wait to order them again.

I went to pick up an order for a customer and immediately noticed that the restaurant was crowded inside with no personal protective equipment (PPE) being worn. The smell was terrible and the staff appeared dirty. I was told the order would be ready in 10 minutes, but after waiting, it still wasn't ready. I waited a bit longer, but the staff had messed up with the frying machine and the owner was swearing and being rude. I asked about the order again, and the owner, an elderly man with white hair, became aggressive and told me to leave if I couldn't wait. This is a message to all UberEats, Deliveroo, and Just-Eat customers: sometimes delays are caused by restaurants like this where the food isn't prepared on time because of unprofessional behavior. Shish Mangal is one such place. It is very unhygienic with a rude and aggressive owner, staff who lie repeatedly, and a high risk of virus transmission. I strongly advise against eating here.

Absolutely rubbish, ordered from just eat, the takeaway staff didn’t even know there was an order for them to supply until I called them and asked why the food was an hour late, not so much as a sorry! Manky chips and cold food, wrapped...in paper bags and a carrier bag not thermal bags, disgraceful from just eat and them

We was regular customers to this kebab shop, however the last times we have ordered here for delivery, we have been very disappointed by the service and quality of the food. We get told when we order that the wait will be hours later and my partner has to phone to find out where our order is, and they tell us that it is on its way. However, when it arrives it is very clear that both our orders (Lamb donor and Chicken Shish, Large chips and Onion Rings) have just been sitting there, clearly waiting to be collected. Tonight when it arrived to us, our food was Barly even Luke warm... I opened my lamb doner and on top was a lump of grease from where the food had clearly been sitting there for a substantial amount on time. Whilst we were sorting our food we also noticed that part of our order was missing. This isn't the first time that this has happened, as I said the last times of ordering we have been very disppointed with our service from this kebab shop. This was the last time that we order from them.
