The Ship - Dartford

I had a negative experience at this pub when another guest who had been drinking drove into my parked car in the car park late at night. The person did not have tax or insurance. Despite the fact that the landlady has a duty of care for the pub and car park, she did not support me and instead made excuses, saying "this is why I don't like serving 21 year olds" and accused me of having a hissy fit. I was very upset and felt further mistreated by the landlady, even though I was the victim in this situation. I would advise others to avoid drinking at this establishment.

The restaurant is currently in poor condition, but has the potential to be excellent with some financial investment.

Do not visit if you are a member of an ethnic minority. The pub is racist.

Definitely a white only pub. Not welcomed politely if your a person of colour. You will get id'd for coke cola and still not served. Which is to bad, our group wouldve spent a couple hundred on drinks. Avoid and go to the Star at Sidcup Place instead that place is great.

First time at this pub, Harvey's ale on tap, can't be bad. Nice garden for families. Give it a look.
