Java Shack - Dartmouth

Visit The Nook in Fairhaven for a true coffee experience. I ordered a large black iced coffee, and it turned out to be the most acidic, bitter, and overpriced coffee I've ever tasted. It was truly disappointing. A good coffee shop should, well, have good coffee, right? The staff was also unfriendly and lacked enthusiasm.

I decided to give Java Shack another chance, but unfortunately, I had another disappointing experience. I really want to like this place, but there's always some issue. The prices are high, and even when they have what I want to order, the staff consistently seems to have an attitude.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, where I encountered unfriendly and unmotivated staff, along with unsatisfactory coffee. I arrived about 25 minutes before closing on a Sunday, only to find the female staff vacuuming and mopping, which made it challenging for me to navigate to the register and hear the cashier's instructions. When I tried to order food, I was informed that they weren't serving any because they would be closing in just 20 minutes. As a truck driver with limited food options, I settled for some stale cookies and an iced coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee was quite bitter and lacked any condensed milk. It was evident that the staff's priority was closing the shop right at 1 PM, rather than providing decent service to paying customers. I would advise others to avoid this place; they really don't deserve to stay in business.

Cute little coffee shop right of I195. The staff was super nice. Food options seem a bit limited but wide enough variety you can get breakfast. Standard option of coffees and flavors. There was a small cooler with some bottled beverages. Pricing isstandard. The food was really good for what we ordered. Wait times were a little long but I was in no rush. Indoor and outdoorseating. Overall I'd go back again if I was in the area.
