Habaneros Modern Taco Bar - Dartmouth

Came here with my family on our last day in Halifax, where we had a good and inexpensive lunch. I really liked my vegetarian burrito with guacamole, which came with chips, salsa, and a drink as I ordered a combo. Although this is not a typical Mexican place, something they themselves admit, I enjoyed my meal a lot, and I say this as someone who loves Mexican food.

I absolutely love this branch of Habaneros! I've visited several times prior to the pandemic and always enjoyed myself. Today, we ordered 3 tacos, a burrito, and 2 quesadillas. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the portions were generous! Their tacos were even like mini burritos. I particularly enjoy their chicken quesadilla, burritos, pickled carrots, and mango sour cream. So tasty! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

The generous portion of burrito bowl at Habaneros is a great value, perfect for sharing between two people or as a hearty meal for one. I always opt for the large bowl with pork carnitas, and love that I can customize it with my choice of rice, toppings, and sauce. Despite being a fast food establishment, the burrito bowl is delicious and can be personalized to suit your taste preferences.

Order Doordash delivery regularly. Mexican food is delicious and toppings taste fresh. I wish they had more toppings and beverage options like other Habanero locations.
