Mcdonald's - Dartmouth

Service was very slow, noone at the counter. Only ordered fries, and they forgot my order, so had to ask at the counter, once I got some attention, where my order was.

Food was stale, and coffee is a 50/50 draw. Check before you drive away.Staff are trying and very friendly.

Drive-thru menu board was broken. Order taker was very friendly.

I don’t agree with “review culture” and believe you should have a conversation with the person in charge so they have an opportunity to fix it rather than drag them. However. I have never once had an order be right when I got it from this McDonald’s. Not. Once. One time I had even decided to go back after I had gotten home and my order was wrong and even better, they only put fries and a toy in a kids meal. When I got my order for the second time, my order was still wrong but at least they put my kids chicken nuggets in the bag. I’ll just go to Wendy’s across the street and if I really want McDonalds for some reason, I’ll go to the one on Pleasant St.

Ordered the fish burger, fries chicken nuggets. Everything arrived cold. The fries were cold stale. Even the nuggets were cold. The fish burger had been cooked previously reheated. Disgusting. The star is for the lady that took the order.
