Mcdonald's Restaurants - Dartmouth

This guys never make order ready for delivery. Drivers has to wait 10 to 15 minutes everytime for 3 orders.

This is of of the locations that will park you to wait for food even tho there is no cars in the drive thru behind you. I find that very annoying.

On Tuesday, August 15th, I went to McDonalds on Windmill Rd (Burnside).They wouldn't let me buy a Squishmallow on its own for my daughter.I decided to take my son(11) and daughter(7) to McDonalds for lunch.I ordered a hotcake happy meal for my son and a poutine for my daughter as she doesn't like any of the meals that come with the happy meals. I also got a smoothie. I used the kiosk to order the meals.Want to the counter to get a toy and a sprite for my daughter. They wouldn't sell me the toy unless it was with a happy meal. I explained the situation to the cashier who got a manager who didn't care that my daughter would be able to get a toy. So I had to buy an extra happy meal to get her the toy.The store was not bust, just one person in front of me.When they made my meal, they forgot my smoothie. When I filled up the kids' drinks, the fountain pop machine broke, and a piece went into the cup.Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience.Kid-friendliness: Its not at all.

Ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffin meals in the drive thru. When I got to window to pay the amount didn 't sound correct so I asked, is that for 2 sausage egg mcmuffin meals . Oh is that what you ordered. So the girl corrected the order. When I got my order I drove off. When I got to work, both meals were NOT what I ordered but ham egg mcmuffin. Not what my colleague I wanted but we had no choice but to have.Disappointed to say the least.

Nice location and service but rarely have ice cream when I want it.
