The O.a.k. Original Australian Kitchen Darwin

Had a meal last night from O.A.K.S. Probably the best Vegan Burger I've ever had, and I had hundreds. Veg and lenses simply enough, but the texture was really first class. They also make their takeaways in compostable cardboard boxes, so a big tick there. Super friendly staff. For everyone.

The lamb Shank from the bone, I had the steak, was cooked to perfection. We had breakfast there a few days, the Big Breakfast is exactly that, you will not let starve! Omelette with goat cheese and chorizo-hubby loved that. My absolute favorite was the Yoghurt Trifle (Greek Yoghurt Pana Cotta) with Rhubarb Compote and Granola I would go there alone! Happy Hour also has at 5 pm

I had 2x dinner here. A small restaurant, with great staff. Meal a good size, but not huge as I would expect from a good restaurant. Menu selection is not huge, they only make food they are good. The ambience of this place is also excellent, great service. Quality ingredients, perfectly cooked. Steak cooked med rare, with beautiful pepper sauce. The next day pan had boiled barramundi, also excellent, both with high quality veges. I highly recommend this place if you love good food. Beautiful selection of deserts. The price is also reasonable.

The pig bell was amazing, so juicy and falling apart. Others in the group were also very impressed by their food. Service was excellent! I highly recommend it!

Continental breakfast buffet with 15 dollars only is a good value for money. Smashed Avo and Croque Monsieur is my personal favorite one.
