It is a unique and beautiful establishment that we went to have fun last week, but the incident I saw pushed me to write these, to be honest, the person I can't describe as a smug and disrespectful gentleman who shows this with his attitudes and actions, scolded the staff working at the bar for minutes, that the problem was that the wine was hot. I saw that he claimed that the wine is cold, you can understand even by looking at the bottle, and it was really hard for him to insist on it, I didn't want to say anything. But then the gentleman, who I thought was the manager of the place and relieved even me, came and asked my colleagues, they said he was in charge of food and beverage, calmly and without breaking his style, he listened to the hanzo in front of him, and then he trained him professionally. Not only did he say goodbye to him with the most apologies and thanks, it was commendable for me. I really wanted to meet him, but it was obvious that he was busy, I was able to thank him only now, thanks to the gentleman and his team, we had a very nice night

We have been at the hotel for 2 days. The hotel does not have wifi access in our room. Again, many parts of the hotel do not have our own internet. It gets annoying unless our problem is solved.
