Blade Sushi Lounge Fontainebleau

Worst service ever... took 30 minutes for someone to come and take our order, another 10 minutes for the waiter to return and ask for drinks order... food was just ok, nothing special.

Best sushi experience of my life! Be sure to ask for Terrence although considering the customer service here they’re probably all wonderful! I had a shrimp roll and a salmon roll with sake and it was perfect. Perfect size pieces, and perfectly delicious. Treat yourself!

I asked the host to seat me in a quieter location for a business meeting. She reluctantly seat me in a spot next to two full tables. The two tables started getting louder and louder. I was having proper serious business conversation. I looked around and clearly half the restaurant has seats in quieter spot.

This location is running entirely on their past reputation of being a glamorous destination. The reality is that those days are long gone this extremely pricey hotel has Ho Hum accommodation and food options, and the hotel is overrun with street thugs after 11pm. An additional caution watch out for them charging a late checkout, it has happened to several people in our group all were charged when they did not check out late.

All I can say is WOW! Every single thing we tasted tonight was truly an experience. It was incredibly fresh and have never tasted anything like this before. My husband and I are big sushi fans and on our first night of our honeymoon decided to get sushi while staying at the Fountainbleau hotel. We are so glad we did because not only was the food 100/10, our server and the manager were so kind and incredible. These chefs are the real deal. Whether you are staying at this hotel or not, definitely a must to eat here! We also arrived 30 mins early for our reservation and they were so kind and accommodating. Coming back here before we leave our honeymoon!
