The server was absolutely nowhere to be found after we ordered our food... I got a cheeseburger (medium) it was well done... Wife got the BLT, came, had no bacon... Took the bacon off my burger so she could have it on her sandwich. Never was asked again if I needed another drink... And had to wait 32 minutes just to get our check... Then once I got the check... I left a 10% tip due to poor service... After we walked back to hotel... Noticed we were charged a 20% service fee... For what?!? We got absolutely no service... Lol we had planned on eating here a few times during our stay since it was right next to our hotel... Definitely won't be eating here again... $73 for a BLT with no bacon($14), a burnt cheeseburger($21) and 2 Cokes($7 each) couldn't even get a refill... Worst money I've ever spent on vacation...

The food and service was awful. I asked for a medium-well burger and it was blackened/burnt to a crisp same with my two friends who ordered well done. I would have sent it back, but our waitress was seated at another table having hookah with two male patrons. The drinks were good, but otherwise overpriced and poor experience.
