What a frustrating experience! In today's economy, one would expect servers to give special attention to customers who choose to dine at their establishments, but that was not the case here. We felt completely overlooked, and our orders appeared to be forgotten. To make matters worse, the food was well below average, even by the already low standards of Lincoln Road. We were also plagued by bugs around our table. To top it off, our waiter attempted to deceive us by failing to provide a receipt that indicated gratuity was already included. Given the poor treatment we received throughout our meal, I can't say I was surprised. I highly recommend taking a short walk to Da Leo, where you'll enjoy fabulous service and delicious Italian cuisine. Or even better, try the outstanding restaurants that truly value their customers, like Scarpetta and the exceptional Mr. Chow!
