There is a waitress who appears to be unhappy and unenthusiastic about her job at the restaurant. She has a yellow tooth and gives off a negative attitude towards customers. In a service industry, it is important for employees to greet customers with a smile and be helpful. It is unacceptable for someone to show aggression or behave as though they are being forced to work. If she is not happy with her job, she should consider resigning. It is disappointing that she treats customers poorly, especially when there are only a few customers at a time. Each customer deserves to be treated kindly, regardless of how tired the employee may feel.

I enjoyed a tasty club wrap with avocado at this restaurant. However, I was surprised by the $17 price tag for a 720 calorie wrap. I remember wraps in Miami Beach costing only $11 just a couple of years ago, so that's a 50% price increase. Unfortunately, the bathroom was closed during my visit. It seems like finding a Subway in Miami Beach with an open bathroom is a challenge. The woman working at the restaurant was quite friendly, which I appreciated.
