Cat's Acacia Cafe - Dauin

The iconic Acacia restaurant may be no more, but the food and service are still top-notch! I especially enjoyed the blue cheese burger, shown in the photo below.

This restaurant is a fantastic dining spot in the area. They offer a variety of local and international dishes, as well as specialties that are all high quality and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the highlight for me was the freshly prepared juices. We enjoyed a delicious lunch here and found that the dinner options are even better.

The food is great here and portions quite big. I recommend to try fish green curry, delicious as all the other curries as well. Give also a try to the mango shake

Cat's acacia Cafe is everyone's favorite! THE BEST BURGER IN DAUIN! It's not overpriced, the food serving is big and it's delicious. So it's worth every peso! It's a good place to chill even you're travelling by yourself because you will never feel alone since the waitress and owners are really friendly plus you'll meet a lot of interesting people from all over the world. Trust me, you don't want to miss going here if you're around Dauin.

I visited the restaurant yesterday and ordered a Pork Chop and a Tuna Sandwich, with Calamansi Juice to drink. The Calamansi Juice was very watery, lacking the usual ice and flavor. At a nearby table, a Hamburger looked appealing. My Tuna Sandwich was tasty and the Pork Chop was flavorful. However, I am giving this restaurant 2 stars for a few reasons. Firstly, the prices are too high for what is offered - 350 pesos for Spaghetti Bolognese and 100 pesos for a cup of coffee is more than what one would expect for the quality and atmosphere provided. Secondly, the kitchen staff should have clean uniforms - what I saw yesterday was not up to standard for a place serving food to guests. A look into the kitchen and restroom left much to be desired. Overall, the taste of the food was what saved this restaurant from a lower rating.
