Very affordable prices, but no cable in the room, many mosquitoes in the room, proof of lack of thorough cleaning, air conditioning not enough to cool over 24-25C, no wlan in the rooms and not 24/7 wlan in the lobby. the hotel looks good from the lobby for the room price they calculate, but it seems that it was for the lack of functions and service that the prices were so low. they knew they would work in the morning, but didn't warn us before or after check-in. we woke up at 8 o'clock on the knocking noises of the construction, although we had to check in to rest in our opposite part by flooding. very disappointed.

This is an excellent location close to restaurants. Even though it is a budget hotel the 1495 php room was clean, with modern flat screen, cold ac and elevator. The room was good for a family of 4 with two kids. There is no free breakfast, lots of mosquitoes, and at the time of stay in room wifi not implemented. That being said since it was opened in August 2017 they still will need 2 months to be fully operational. When that happens they will be one of the best economy hotels in Davao meeting Western standards. I highly recommend it for stay in the Matina area.

The price does not include breakfast, unlike other hotels and restaurants. The food options are conveniently located just outside, and there is also a restaurant and café in the lobby. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating; they even assisted me with my bags when we exchanged glances. One thing I noticed was that the leaves were irritating; I had some itching on my skin during our stay. The hotel has an elevator for guests staying on higher floors. I would recommend this place to those who are looking to travel on a budget.

The single rooms were quite small, and the bath shower had a non-functional hot and cold option. There were no carpets, and water splashed into the room. The service was decent. I wish the towels were of better quality – they could be drier and have a nicer scent. On the positive side, the Wi-Fi connection was excellent.

The security guard was ineffective; he should be monitoring the entrance or assisting guests, but instead, he spent most of his time on his phone and was even seen sleeping at night when he should have been alert. My overall experience was disappointing, as many employees were unresponsive and acted inappropriately. I will never return to this establishment, nor would I recommend it to anyone seeking comfort and respect. I hope they take the time to reflect on these issues.
