Nice food. Very big portions. Not like other places in the city. Notice we got a small rice. Could have more spices. But over all good food. Love the pick your own food concept.
Although it is difficult for Americans to order different meals here in the Philippines just because we don't know what they are by name, I always enjoy the chili squid and a few of the other items I have tried. The atmosphere is nice in the afternoon. No loud music playing as it is in many other restaurants. The host are very attentive. There is even free wifi. This one is a keeper!
The Sen Ton Wan Restaurant is one of the authentic Chinese Restaurants in this particular area of town. It is a well established business which is mainly patronised by local people of Chinese descent. I am told the food here has a Hong King slant but like many westerners I am sure I cannot tell the difference. What I do know though is that on the few occasions I have eaten here I have never been disappointed. Seafood and crabs are their signature dishes. Having a night out in Davao? This place is well worth a visit ...
Old Chinese resto. Unfortunately they didn't have any house tea nor chili oil. Must haves of a Chinese resto. Food was average at best. Patatim Noodles Fried chicken cutlets Fried pork cutlets. All normal. Perhaps try something else for Chinese cuisine.
