I had to take a moment to praise the service we experienced at BH on Utica. Kisha was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and entertaining—truly a rarity these days. I allowed her to pick my meal, and she chose the Reuben, which was fantastic, with delicious bread and great flavor. I also appreciated the option to select my fries and sauces. It was clear that the staff worked well together as a team. I’ll definitely return for lunch and hope Kisha will be our server again. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

The lobster dip accompanied by wonton chips was fantastic! The server was friendly and very attentive. Overall, I enjoyed dining in for lunch, and the cost came to about $30–50 per person. I would rate the food a solid 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere also a 5.

Food and service was good. Only issue was I had couple gift cards laying around that I tried to use them and they said they had no way to see how much money was on them.
