That was a terrible experience. I'll never be back. I stayed like any other occasion and was greeted by a robot when I went to order. the robot took my entire order could not answer any questions I had and it was very demanding. I felt like I was trying to get a robot over the phone who doesn't understand what I'm saying. I don't have to work to take my order anymore than when I talk to a human. Once I got my food, I had 10 little chicken bites, which in any case don't be half a pound and a order of frying. coming from a culinary perspective, was ridiculed for less than $50 that I paid for five dollars.
New automated order sucking. had to repeat my order three times and ended up talking to a real human and she still has my order wrong. every time I go there, it seems that they mess my job, but I really like the chili burger
It's different going through the drive thru and having a computer take your order. But we got everything quickly.
Very rude employees at night very unprofessional. This is the second Time I've been there around 11pm and the employees always act rude and unprofessional
